Strata Pool Repair: Communal Pool Repair and Refurbishment in West Perth

“Hi Ed. Can your guys fix a concrete pool?” said the Strata Manager.

“What’s the problem” said Ed Ostler, owner of Stable Commercial.

“I’m not quite sure. All we know is it’s leaking. And it’s looking a bit tired.”

“Well, what about I send one of my guys to take a look” said Ed.

With that, Ed Ostler met his main water leaks guy at a set of luxury apartments situated in the suburb of West Perth, very close to the Perth CBD.

Upon inspection, they found that the source of the leaks … several small cracks had formed on the sides of the pool.

And, as the strata manager had suggested, the pool was looking worse for wear.

Having diagnosed the problems, Ed’s guys believed they could fix the leak, and bring the pool back to its former glory.

After considerable consultation between the Strata Manager and the body corporate, Eddie and his team of tradesmen were contracted to repair the cracks, waterproof the pool, and to completely refurbish it.

After emptying the pool, the Stable Commercial team removed all surrounding slabs as well as the old plaster and lights in the pool.

They then waterproofed the whole inside of the pool, replastered the sides, and then replaced all the lights, coping stones, pumps and chemigem.

For the “wow” factor the tenants were looking for, the Stable Commercial team installed a new water feature and turned the existing spa into a waterfall.

Finally, the team retiled in a brand new mosaic pattern.
