Stable Commercial recently completed a make good for our warehouse of 4700m2.
This was a tough make good and complicated due to our staged move to a new premise. We found Stable to be very professional and efficient with skilled tradesmen. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would certainly recommend them to other property managers.

Ed has always been hands-on, has a very reliable and high quality team of tradesmen who work with and for him (and clean up after a day’s work). Ed responds quickly whenever we have a question, he provides competitive quotes and when we query items he responds quickly and explains or finds other alternatives. Our Strata Company has for many years been investigating a considerable level of water ingress that has been occurring through our swimming pool area and down into the car parks and storage areas below the concrete slab adjoining the pool area. Stable Commercial were one of 4 companies requested to submit their tender and were ultimately successful due to both the price quoted being highly competitive but also importantly due to the level of detail and effort undertaken in the quoting process. The job was successfully completed with 95% of works completed within the 9-week time frame and in fact some rooms which were non-accessible were returned to us well within the 9-week estimation. Throughout this contract Eddie Ostler of Stable Commercial has been constantly on site, fully accessible and extremely easy to deal with. The end result is that a significant issue for a small Strata Company has been professionally completed to the highest standard, on time and on budget and appears to have rectified issues that have existed for many, many years. As a result, I would have no hesitation in recommending Stable Commercial for work of a similar nature and would happily answer any queries should they arise.

We contracted Stable Commercial to build our architect-designed verandah extension, storage shed and wine store, with some paving works. It was a pleasure to work with Eddie.  His attention to detail as well as customer service was exemplary.  To have the head builder present on site almost every day was incredibly reassuring.  Problems were quickly solved, and Eddie often came up with a new idea, without blowing the budget.  He delivered a lovely renovation on time, and with a minimum of fuss.  We would happily recommend Stable Commercial to our friends.
