How to fix a broken wall in a shopping centre
Imagine you’re trying to park in the carpark of a small shopping centre.
It’s reasonably crowded at the time.
You go to put your foot on the brake …
But instead, you accidentally hit the accelerator.
Don’t confuse the break with the accelerator
That’s exactly what happened at the inner Perth suburb of Glendalough recently when a little old lady smashed into the boundary wall of the local shopping centre.
Stable Commercial fixed the broken wall, reticulation and plumbing
A gas meter was damaged, and approximately 22 metres of wall that was left swinging in the breeze and potentially unsafe.
Fortunately, the team at Stable Commercial were able to repair footings and build a new brick wall.
In addition, the neighbour to the shopping centre had damage to her reticulation and plumbing which Stable also took care of.
Two commercial property maintenance jobs. One company. All solved.
