Our Strata Company has for many years been investigating a considerable level of water ingress that has been occurring through our swimming pool area and down into the car parks and storage areas below the concrete slab adjoining the pool area. Stable Commercial were one of 4 companies requested to submit their tender and were ultimately successful due to both the price quoted being highly competitive but also importantly due to the level of detail and effort undertaken in the quoting process. The job was successfully completed with 95% of works completed within the 9-week time frame and in fact some rooms which were non-accessible were returned to us well within the 9-week estimation.
