Apartment Roof Repair in Perth Suburb of North Coogee
Roofs that leak in winter can cause stress.
This is especially true when you believe you’ve spent good money addressing the issue, only to find the problem still there with the next downpour.
This was the situation facing many residents of a large five-story apartment complex in the Perth suburb of North Coogee, situated 15 minutes south of Fremantle.
For years, the affected residents had tried to fix the leaking roofs on their apartment building. They’d heard varying opinions, used several tradesmen and tried many solutions – only to be disappointed again with the next heavy downpour.
That’s when they called Eddie Ostler of Stable Commercial.
According to Eddie, the problem the residents were experiencing was structural in nature: “The custom orb roofing material used by the original builder was designed for pitches of five degrees or more. But the roof on this building had a pitch less than that!”
Eddie’s solution was to prepare the site with scaffolding and boom lift, before getting his team to remove the custom orb and replace it with Trimdek, a material designed for pitches of two degrees or more.
The result?
The rain stopped coming in.
The tenants were happy.
And the client was happy.
Another roofing success story for Eddie Ostler and the Stable Commercial team.
