Industrial Makegood: 4700 sqm Warehouse Back-to-Base in Perth suburb of Canning Vale
Imagine, you’re ready to relocate your business premises.
You’ve found a better location …
A better rent…
Or both.
And you’re ready and raring to go.
There’s just one problem.
Most commercial leases require you to makegood or to bring your existing premises back-to-base.
In other words, to return the premises to their pre-lease state.
If you’re business is like most, chances are, you’ve made a bit of an impact on those premises over the years.
You might have changed the internal layout.
Or the décor.
Or, the premises might have just incurred some serious wear and tear.
Regardless, you know you’ve some work to do if you want to get back the bond on your lease.
But you’re not quite sure how to go about it.
This was the problem facing one business owner recently when he reached out to Stable Commercial’s owner, Eddie Ostler, to see if his team of tradesmen could help makegood on the 4700 sqm warehouse they had been renting in the Perth industrial suburb of Canning Vale.
Most of the work for this job was carried out on the inside of the building. For example, the Stable Commercial team removed all the cobwebs, repainted all the offices, replaced the carpet, removed lino tiles (and stripped and resealed them), repaired plywood flooring on the Mezzanine floor, pressure hydro-washed the entire warehouse floor and repainted all the carpet lines.
Externally, the Stable Commercial painters also repainted the entire building.
As you can imagine, the job required considerable coordination of tradesmen.
Even so, in the space of two weeks, Stable Commercial had performed a makeover of both the inside and outside of the commercial premises that put a smile on the owner’s face, and more importantly, enabled Stable Commercial’s client to relocate to his new site, without the hassle of sourcing and coordinating all the tradespeople necessary to makegood on his existing premises.
