Concrete Pillar Repaired in Perth Suburb of Canning Vale

Concrete degradation can be unsightly, especially when it occurs in a high traffic open area.

This was the problem Eddie Ostler and the Stable Commercial team were charged with fixing recently for a business located in the Perth industrial suburb of Canning Vale.

In this case, a large concrete pillar, that was both structural and ornamental in function, was showing the typical signs of concrete cancer; namely, spalling concrete and rust stains.

Having diagnosed the problem, the Stable Commercial team chiselled and jack-hammered the flaking concrete back-to-sound, replaced the crusted bars, repaired the concrete, and then repainted.

After just two days, the pillar was fully repaired fully; devoid of flaking concrete and rust stains, and more importantly, structurally sound.

Naturally, the client was very happy with the result.
